Now that the days are lengthening, many people feel a resurgence of vitality, as they get ready for the warmer weather. This is not always automatic so you are perfectly normal if you are feeling a little sluggish.

For people living in controlled environments, such as residential aged care facilities, this can be a common issue as they are not always as in control of their own lives, which makes a feeling of joy and vitality difficult. Carers face their own challenges to keep up their energy and motivation levels as we head towards the end of the year. Read our new members article that is sure to help you to 'Regain the Spring in your Step'.

You will also find in this edition of the newsletter a new online article, fascinating forum questions and specially designed products to brighten anyone's day.
