Any order for goods placed using this website is subject to the following trading terms.

Payments

Payment of products/memberships ordered must be received within 7 days of order being placed.

Accepted forms of payment at our online shop are the major credit cards (MasterCard & VISA). If you wish to use alternative payment methods, please select cheque/money order at point of check out. A purchase order will be sent to you via email that you can send together with accepted form of payment (listed below) to P O Box 378, Mooroolbark Vic 3138. Please note: If you order a membership and wish to pay by cheque/money order, the membership will become active when we receive payment. You will be notified at this point.

Payment by cheque, applies only to Australian customers. For international payment methods please see below. 

Accepted forms of payment include: pre-paid, bank cheque (drawn in Australian dollars), money order (from Australia Post), personal cheque (drawn in Australian dollars and subject to bank clearance – not available for foreign currency bank accounts), major credit cards (MasterCard & VISA) and direct deposit (by pre-arrangement).

International Customers

International customers can pay by credit card, or direct bank deposit. If paying by deposit, the bank account details will be provided in your tax invoice.

Delivery

All deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery if you are ordering within Australia; or 14 – 28 days for orders outside Australia.

For International deliveries please note that your packages may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as these charges change according to each country's custom regulation. You should contact your local custom department for further information.

Good's & Services Tax - GST

All prices displayed on the Dementia Care Australia website, are GST inclusive. GST is applicable to all purchases made within Australia at the rate of 10%.

International purchases and shipping costs are not subject to GST. For international customers, the final sale price will be adjusted during the checkout process to reflect the sale price less the 10% GST charge.

Customer Contract

When ordering from Dementia Care Australia, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these trading terms.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check current prices when ordering.

Claims

Any claims relating to missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be submitted to Dementia Care Australia within seven days of receipt of goods for exchange or refund. Dementia Care Australia reserves the right to repair, replace or re-supply equivalent goods at its discretion. Dementia Care Australia is not liable for any loss suffered should goods ordered become unfit for a particular purpose after leaving its control.

Return of Goods

Please choose your purchase carefully. If you are not completely satisfied with any resource you have purchased, we will refund the full purchase price on the following conditions. No goods can be accepted for return unless a prior arrangement has been made in consultation with our staff. All goods must be returned within seven days of purchase and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt before a refund will be issued. Goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. No refund or payment will be given for postage or freight.
